Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. At Emiré™, Our outmost agenda is that every Emiré™ user receives packaged and sealed quality.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear visual evidence. Approved cases will be resolved through replacement or store credit.
Orders placed via Cash on Delivery cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our delivery fulfillment center.
